- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged the full first-night rate; the remainder of the booking is cancelled and refunded.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
